For this day tour, we head to the south coast starting in Brighton. Traditionally known for its very liberal and welcoming culture, it used to be extremely popular for Londoners to have a second home in or visit for the day. Discovery the historic centre, unique shops and cafes before heading through West Sussex to Chichester. The old town and cathedral are well worth a visit before we continue on to Portsmouth, a famous port city and naval base further along the coast. The dockyard is home to the interactive National Museum of the Royal Navy which is a must see, along with Porchester castle which offers great views out to the Isle of Wight.
