For this day trip we head east to the county of Kent, known as the garden of England. Home to some of the best British wines and castles, we start by heading to Canterbury, best known for its stunning cathedral. We then take the beatiful coast road down to Dover, stopping by the famous White Cliffs before heading to Dover castle, a somewhat historic landmark. On a clear day, this place offers spectacular views even as far as the French coastline! We continue on to Hastings, site of the famous battle of 1066 - a significant moment in British history.
